Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum visit length?
Yes. Light housekeeping visits have a 4-hour minimum, which gives your caregiver time to help without rushing.
Do you do deep cleaning?
Our caregivers handle light, everyday housekeeping. Heavy cleaning such as moving furniture, carpet shampooing or exterior work is not included.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept private pay, long-term care insurance, Medicaid and all major credit cards.
